Where do i find my loyalty account number
You can find your account number by looking on the reverse of your loyalty card, there should be 4 numbers. Add 7412120 in front of those 4 numbers and that is your account number. For example if your loyalty card has '1234' on the reverse, your account number is 74121201234. You can also find your account number on any store receipt you've used your loyalty card on.
On our newest batch of loyalty cards, your card might already have the correct full account number on the reverse. In this case, you do not need to add the 7412120 in the front, as it should be included on the back of your card already. (These cards have a barcode on the back too, whereas our old cards do not have a barcode)
I just signed up but can't sign in
If you just signed up using our online form, we have to do some work in the back office before your account is is ready to log in. Once you pick up your card from the Garden Centre, you will be able to log in and see all your details, vouchers and past purchases
I'm inputting the correct details but it wont sign me in
